Il Caffe Leone strives to offer you the best coffee and service at a fair price. We don't cut corners or look for ways to charge more money. Our package prices are a base to help you budget for your event. Once we understand your needs, our final invoice is what you will pay for our service.

Espresso Bar:

The Short and Sweet Espresso Bar - $315

1 Hour of Service with 1 Barista, 1 Server, and 1 Espresso Machine. 10oz cups/lids

This service can provide approximately 30-40 drinks in 1 hour.

- Each additional hour of service is (15% off)

The Classico Espresso Bar - $630

2 Hours of Service with 1 Barista, 1 Server, and 1 Espresso Machine. 10oz cups/lids

This service can provide approximately 90 drinks in 2 hours.

- Each additional hour of service is $267 (15% off)

- Add self-serve drip coffee station to your espresso bar package (Large group (Vasto Drip) - $120, Regular group (Classic Drip) - $35)

 

The Vasto Espresso Bar - $1260

2 Hours of Service with 2 Barista, 2 Server, and 2 Espresso Machine. 10oz cups/lids

This service can provide approximately 180 drinks in 2 hours.

- Each additional hour of service is $535 (15% off)

Drip Coffee Bar:

All packages include 2 hours service - 6ft table set up and break down. Locally roasted coffee (regular or decaf) made to SCA specifications.  

The Vasto Drip Bar - self-serve coffee station: - $150

2.5 gallon (320oz) coffee tote - provides approximate service for 40 10oz cups.

Infinito Coffee Bar

For all-day meetings or conferences, we offer an all-day service. We will set up a self-service coffee bar, and one of our attendants will keep it stocked and cleaned with unlimited coffee. Price based on the number of guests and hours of the event.

General Service Information

 

Here is what we provide:

• Friendly, professionally trained barista, and attendant

• 2′ x 4′ rolling coffee cart, 6' table for syrup, and coffee bar set up

• 110v commercial espresso machine and grinder - Nuova Simonelli - Appia 2 Compact - Ceado E37S

• Variety of Torani and Ghirardelli syrups, sauces, and supplies to make handcrafted espresso drinks

• Whole milk, 2% milk, Lactose milk, and unsweetened almond milk

• Half & half and Nestle Coffee-mate coffee creamer

• Regular and decaf espresso from our local, small-batch roasters

• Sparkletts filtered water for our espresso machine and coffee

• 10 oz cups and lids

• 15′ extension cord and cord runners

• Upon request, we’ll bring mats for the work area, to protect your floors from coffee grounds and spills

• Completed W9 (contact us to request)

• Certificate of General Liability Insurance (contact us to request)

 

Please Note:

• Our espresso machine requires a dedicated 110 volt, 15-20 amp circuit with an outlet located within 20 feet of the serving area. Please inform us if the distance to the outlet is further than 20 feet.

• Set up requires 6'  to 10' of space: 4' for the espresso machine cart and an additional 3-6 feet for the buffet table used for flavorings, steaming pitchers, and drip coffee/tea.

• We serve in recyclable paper cups unless provided with China/glass cups or mugs.

• We require access to the serving area at least 60 minutes before serving time, unless mentioned otherwise.

• A 50% deposit is required to book your event. The final payment is due before the service date. Upon cancellation, the deposit will be 100% refundable 14 days before the event. 50% percent of the deposit will be refunded if canceled 2-13 days before the scheduled date.

• Event locations further than 50 miles from 90242 will incur travel expenses.

• If you are a 501c3 or nonprofit organization, please provide a PDF of your tax-exempt certificate
